  • What happens if I arrive late?
    Late arrival reduces your reserved time; no extra time will be granted. A penalty of €3 per minute applies for overstaying.

  • Can I cancel or change my reservation?
    Cancellations must be made in advance. Last-minute bookings cannot be changed or canceled. Deposits are non-refundable.
    Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to receive a refund of your deposit.

  • Are there any hygiene requirements?
    Guests must shower before using the facilities and remove all jewelry.

  • Do I need to wear slippers?
    Yes, wearing slippers is mandatory to prevent slipping hazards.

  • Can I add products to the jacuzzi or pool?
    No, adding any products (shampoo, bath foam, etc.) to the pool or jacuzzi is strictly forbidden and will result in a heavy fine.

  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Our provided refreshments may only be consumed in the lounge area.

    • What if I damage a facility?
      Any damage caused to the facilities must be compensated by the renter.

    • Is smoking allowed?
      No, smoking is prohibited. If smoke detectors are triggered, your visit will be terminated immediately, and extra costs will apply.

    • Are alcohol and drugs allowed?
      No, alcohol, drugs, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.

    • Are children allowed?
      Yes, but they must be supervised at all times. Swim diapers are required for non-toilet-trained children.

    • Who is responsible for lost items?
      ZenZone 038 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
