Booking & Arrival
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrival reduces your reserved time; no extra time will be granted. A penalty of €3 per minute applies for overstaying.Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations must be made in advance. Last-minute bookings cannot be changed or canceled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to receive a refund of your deposit.
Hygiene & Safety
Are there any hygiene requirements?
Guests must shower before using the facilities and remove all jewelry.Do I need to wear slippers?
Yes, wearing slippers is mandatory to prevent slipping hazards.Can I add products to the jacuzzi or pool?
No, adding any products (shampoo, bath foam, etc.) to the pool or jacuzzi is strictly forbidden and will result in a heavy fine.
Food & Beverages
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Our provided refreshments may only be consumed in the lounge area.
Facilities & Behavior
What if I damage a facility?
Any damage caused to the facilities must be compensated by the renter.Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is prohibited. If smoke detectors are triggered, your visit will be terminated immediately, and extra costs will apply.Are alcohol and drugs allowed?
No, alcohol, drugs, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.Are children allowed?
Yes, but they must be supervised at all times. Swim diapers are required for non-toilet-trained children.Who is responsible for lost items?
ZenZone 038 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
