Our

Guests must respect the rental time and leave the unit on time. Late arrival is deducted from your booking time.
Showering before using the facilities is mandatory.
Towels must be used in the sauna for hygiene purposes.
Slippers must be worn due to slippery surfaces.
It is forbidden to shave or perform personal care activities in the wellness area. A €50 fine per violation applies.
Jewelry must be removed before using the facilities.
Adding any products (shampoo, bath foam, etc.) to the jacuzzi or pool is strictly forbidden. Damage costs will be charged to you.
If your hair is dyed within a week of your visit, a swim cap must be worn.
Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Provided food and drinks must be consumed in the lounge area.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. If the smoke detector is triggered, your visit will be terminated immediately, and additional cleaning costs will be charged.
The use of drugs, alcohol, and narcotics is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a parent. The guardian holds full responsibility.

Guests are responsible for the correct use of all facilities. Any damage due to careless use must be compensated.
ZenZone 038 is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to leave valuables at home.
A calm and relaxed atmosphere must be maintained in the wellness area. Loud music is not allowed.
Sexual activities are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse access to guests who are intoxicated, aggressive, or visiting for purposes other than relaxation.

Cancellations must be made in advance. No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
Last-minute bookings cannot be changed or canceled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
